Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

Change of mind/Wrong product ordered:

If any items have been ordered incorrectly or do not carry any damages and are subject to your discretion to be returned, the return expense will be at your expense unless the return is a result of our error or is faulty. 

Please email or telephone us before returning any item stating your reason for return. We may be able to arrange a collection for you at a cost which can be deducted from your refund for goods returned or paid for up front.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Policy

We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with return policy.

We will not refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product.

We will process the refund due as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days following the day we receive your returned product.

Improper returns

If you return a product in contravention of this policy, and you do not have any other legal right to a refund or exchange in respect of that product: 

(a) we will not refund the purchase price or exchange the product;

(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and

(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.

Warranties and repairs

Most of our prams, pushchairs and nursery furniture include a manufacturer’s warranty. This means that for the time period of the warranty, if something goes wrong you are entitled to request a repair.

Pram and pushchair repairs are undertaken by the manufacturer, independent of BabyJoy, but we will facilitate all collections and repairs.  

We will arrange for the manufacturer to collect your pram from your home within 5-7 days free of charge.

BabyJoy act only as a go-between, your warranty is with the brand who manufactures your pushchair or nursery furniture.

We will, however, communicate with your manufacturer on your behalf to help ensure a smooth and efficient repair service.
